I’m Emma and isn’t this coat on a rooftop in Paris an absolute vibe?

I’m a qualified executive function coach who specialises in coaching fellow ADHDers like meeeee.

Of course that’s not all I do. As if my ping pong brain would have that…

I’m a former news journalist who has spent nearly 20 years working in television, making everything from documentaries for the BBC on mental health to dating shows for Amazon Prime through to reality shows like RuPauls’s Drag race. In my career I’ve intervieweed everything from politicians to pop stars, Mormons to Muslim clerics. I have spent 15 of my TV years managing teams and that’s taught me a LOT about people. This is the experience I bring as a one-on-one coach or in corporate settings.

I am a qualified yoga, breathwork and meditation teacher currently running a regular class at a TV company. That’s something we can bring into your coaching if you’d like. It’s by no means essential but the practices are excellent for regulating us ADHDers.

I’m ALSO a comedy performer and have a one woman show about dating. And a regular on tiktok pumping out content about pop culture and modern love.

I think that’s what they call a ‘portfolio career’.

I just call it the good bit of ADHD.

ABOUT COACHING 

Coaching changed my life and it can change yours too.

Here’s how it works in a few simple steps:

1) We arrange a free 30 min ‘chemistry call’ and I explain in more depth how we can work together. You can then decide if you want to commit to some coaching.

2) We then start off with a 90 minute deep dive-sounds painful but it’s 90 mins of talking about yourself- you’ll love it. We go through your strengths and challenges and find out more about your lifestyle and habits. Kind of like a life audit.

3) You can then book a package of 5 or 10 hour long sessions. It’s recommended you do these weekly for the best progress. Every week we’ll update on what’s going on with you, work through how your ADHD has made you feel that week and then find some solutions to any challenges you face. I can even work on boring admin stuff with you.

4) Your life gets easier. Overwhelm is reduced. Things are calmer. Less chaos. The shambles starts to become what you embrace, not hate about yourself.

Who can work with me?

Individuals:

  • Anyone who thinks or knows they have ADHD (usually the same thing).

  • You can be at any stage of your journey-diagnosed officially or just diagnosed from TikTok (totally viable).

  • You can be medicated or unmedicated.

  • My specialism is ADHD but a lot of my coaching techniques will work with over overlapping neurodiversities like autism (AudDHD is increasingly being diagnosed), dyslexia, dyspraxia and dyscalclia.

  • Absolute Shambles is inclusive to all regardless of how you identify. Proudly queer friendly.

  • I coach adults only so everyone is a late diagnosis ADHDer.

Companies:

  • I specialise in creative industries having worked in radio, TV, print, advertising and social media.

  • But I understand the pressure of any fast paced industry, which typically attract ADHErs.

  • My work with companies is for all staff and is about broader neurodiversity awareness.

  • I can train a group of people and/or offer one-to-one sessions for staff.

  • As a trained yoga and breathwork teacher, I can run these sessions alongside neurodiversity training or

    seperately.
